How It Works
Junk Removal Made Simple
From a single item to a full cleanout, getting your space back shouldn’t be complicated. Tell us what needs to go, approve your estimate, and we’ll handle the heavy lifting from there.
Show Us What Needs to Go
Send photos of what you’d like removed, a brief description and the address. Photos are usually the easiest way to get started and help us understand the items and access. For larger or more complex jobs, we can gather additional details or take a closer look.
Get Your Estimate
We review it and usually give you a clear price without needing to visit the property. If we need more information, we ask. Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the job and coordinate the crew.
We Do the Heavy Lifting
Our crew handles the lifting, carrying, loading and haul-away. Furniture upstairs, appliances in the kitchen, or junk in the garage can stay where it is. You don’t need to drag everything to the curb.
Enjoy the Extra Space
Once everything is loaded, we’ll tidy the removal area and take the items away. Usable items and recyclable materials are handled accordingly, and the rest goes to appropriate disposal. All that’s left for you to do is enjoy the space you’ve gotten back.

Upfront Pricing
What Junk Removal Costs in Fort Myers, and How We Figure It
You get the full price before the truck is loaded.
To start, send us photos of everything that needs to go and show us the path from where it sits to the curb. For a large cleanout, or anything photos can’t show clearly, we’ll visit for free. Together we’ll walk the property, confirm what’s leaving and what’s staying, and plan how our crew will get it out.
Your price is based mainly on how much room your items take up in the load. Then we add anything that changes the effort involved: dense or heavy materials, a long walk to the truck, flights of stairs, extra hands or items that need special disposal. We include all of that in your quote from the beginning, so you won’t hear about it for the first time on the day of the job.
If something turns up once we’re on site, we’ll explain what’s different and what it adds to the cost. We wait for your written approval of the new work and price before continuing.
Every job has a $99 minimum charge, including single-item pickups.
What Goes Into Your Junk Removal Quote
What your price covers
Your quote covers labor, carrying everything out, loading, hauling, and disposal or recycling fees. That price holds when the items and the way out match what we agreed.
When a job needs a closer look
Very heavy materials, a hard-to-reach spot or a load that needs more than one trip gets extra attention before we quote. An item’s name alone doesn’t tell us enough. The quantity and location matter more.
Nothing added without your okay
If you decide to add another room or more items, the total can change. We’ll tell you exactly what’s being added and what it costs, then wait for your written approval.
Booking your date
Pick a date that works for you. We confirm everything with you before the crew is scheduled.

Lee County Junk Removal Professionals
Nothing Goes on the Truck Until We Know What It Is
Most calls start pretty simple.
A sofa needs to be gone before the new one arrives. A garage stopped holding cars a few summers ago. A lanai is still holding what the last storm left behind.
Some calls aren’t simple at all.
A condo means elevator reservations, hallway protection, parking rules and getting the work finished during the hours management allows. A property manager may need a rental emptied before the next tenant gets the keys. A seasonal owner may be handling everything by phone from a thousand miles away.
And sometimes it’s a family standing inside a parent’s home, surrounded by decades of someone’s life, not quite sure which room to start with.
We handle each of those jobs differently, because they aren’t the same job.
Before we price anything, we want to understand what’s going, what’s staying and what you’re still unsure about. If something changes after we arrive, we stop and talk about it before the price changes—not after everything is already on the truck.
Estate cleanouts deserve even more care.
We’ve learned not to assume something is trash just because it’s sitting in a pile marked to go.
An envelope of old photographs. Important papers mixed into a drawer. A ring forgotten in a coat pocket. Cash tucked somewhere nobody thought to look. A firearm on a closet shelf.
If we find something that makes us wonder, we stop and ask.
Because getting the house empty is our job.
Deciding what mattered to your family isn’t.
And we bring that same respect into a home someone still lives in. Floors, walls, doorways and the things staying behind matter too.
Fort Myers is home base, and we work throughout Lee County, including Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, San Carlos Park, Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers Beach.
Tell us what you’re looking at. Send us a few photos. We’ll ask the questions that matter, give you a price you can understand, and make sure everyone knows what’s going before we lift the first thing.

Who We Work With
Junk Removal for Every Kind of Fort Myers Property
A garage cleanout goes differently than a condo turnover, and an estate goes differently than a job site. Before we plan your pickup, we ask three questions: who can approve the work, how we get in, and what has to stay behind.
- Residential junk removal in Fort Myers
Homeowners
Old couches, worn-out appliances, packed garages, hot tubs and debris left after a storm. You’ll know exactly what’s going and what it costs before anything is loaded onto the truck.
- Junk removal for real estate agents
Realtors & Home Sellers
Tell us which rooms need to be empty and when the photographer or new owners arrive. Before you plan around that date, check with us that we can make it.
- Cleanouts for property managers
Property Managers & Landlords
Send us the name of the person who can approve the work, a list of what’s going and any building rules. For tenant turnovers, confirm the unit is legally vacant and tell us what should happen to what’s left.
- Construction debris removal
General Contractors
Tell us what kind of debris you have and how we get to it. Keep heavy materials like concrete, tile and roofing apart from the rest. Tell us about any hazards up front so we can plan the right equipment and time.
- Estate cleanouts in Fort Myers
Estate Families & Executors
Mark what the family is keeping, and we’ll remove only what’s on the list. If you’re out of town, we work from written authorization and secure access, and we send photos once the home is clear.
- Junk removal for vacation rentals
Vacation Rental Owners
Send us what needs to go, how to get into the building and when your next guests check in. Confirm the pickup date with us before you plan the rest of the turnover around it.
- Commercial junk removal
Commercial Property Owners
Tell us which furniture, fixtures and rooms need to be cleared. Confidential files, hard drives and document shredding need to be arranged as a separate request, not added to the junk pickup.
- Boat and trailer removal
Marinas & Storage Yards
Old boats, trailers and marine junk come out whole or broken down on site. Tell us who owns them, what they are and how we get to them, and send photos.
Not sure which one you are? Call (239) 270-0070. We’ll ask a few questions and tell you whether and how we can help.

Donation and reuse
Giving good things another chapter
What you no longer need may be exactly what someone else does. At Fort Myers Junk Removal, we look for opportunities to keep clean, usable furniture, appliances, clothing and household goods out of the landfill by supporting local organizations, including Goodwill Southwest Florida, The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, SuperThrift Fort Myers and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
Not everything can be donated. When an item is usable and a local organization can accept it, we would rather help it find a second home. Our philosophy is simple: remove what you no longer need, preserve what still has value, and keep good things doing good right here in Southwest Florida.
Local organizations we support
Each organization sets its own donation guidelines and decides what it can accept.
Before We Put Your Pickup on the Calendar
The funny thing about this business is that moving the junk is usually the straightforward part.
It’s everything surrounding the junk that can make a job simple or turn it into a mess.
A sofa sitting ten feet from an open garage door is one job. That same sofa on the ninth floor of a condo with an elevator reservation, protected hallways, designated loading area and two-hour service window is an entirely different job.
A garage that looks half-full in three photographs can have another half a garage hiding behind what we can see.
And anybody who has moved enough sleeper sofas knows that “it’s just a couch” can be famous last words.
That’s why we ask questions before we schedule your pickup.
Those details are what make the day of the job go smoothly.
Tell us what you have. Show us good pictures. Tell us about stairs, elevators, gates, long carries, unusually heavy pieces, tight access or anything else you think might matter.
If you’re not sure whether something matters, mention it anyway.
A five-minute conversation beforehand can save an hour of confusion when the truck arrives.
We price each job from what you show us: how much needs to go, what it is, how heavy it is and how hard it is to get out.
We price the job we can actually see and understand.
For many pickups, photographs are enough. Send us clear pictures of what needs to go along with a short explanation, and we can often give you an estimate without making you wait around for somebody to drive over just to look at it.
But volume is only part of the equation.
What the material is matters. Where it is matters. How heavy it is matters. Whether we’re carrying it out of a ground-floor garage or bringing it down from a condo matters.
A pile of cardboard and patio furniture is not the same job as the same-sized pile of tile, concrete or construction debris.
We’d rather ask another question or request another photograph than throw out a number that sounds good today and becomes a different number when we arrive.
Sometimes, absolutely.
Same-day service depends on where the crews are, how much room is available on the schedule and what kind of job you have.
A single furniture pickup in Fort Myers is much easier to work into an open spot than a full estate cleanout that needs several hours and significant truck capacity.
If you need something gone today, tell us that from the beginning. We’ll give you a time we can actually keep.
If we can make it work, we’ll tell you.
If not, we’ll tell you right away and give you the next time we can come.
Not necessarily.
The person responsible for the property can arrange removal remotely. We agree on what goes, who can approve it and how to get in before the visit.
That happens with seasonal residents, rental properties, estate cleanouts, family members handling a parent’s home from another state, real estate transactions and properties where a manager or representative provides access.
We can often handle the process using photographs, text messages and clear instructions.
What matters is that we know exactly what is supposed to leave, exactly what is supposed to stay and who can make decisions if something unexpected comes up.
When nobody is there, we become even more careful about those instructions.
If we open a closet and suddenly discover family photographs, documents, jewelry or something that looks important, we stop and check with you instead of making assumptions on your behalf.
When something still has useful life in it, we would much rather see somebody use it than see it thrown away.
Donation is considered when an organization accepts the items and the trip is practical.
But we also try to be truthful about the word “donation.”
Not everything somebody no longer wants is something a charity can accept. Condition matters. Demand matters. Upholstered furniture can be especially difficult. Donation organizations also have their own rules, available space and changing needs.
We’ll tell you honestly what gets donated and what doesn’t.
When we have a reasonable opportunity to keep a usable item in circulation, we make the effort.
Sometimes that works.
Sometimes disposal is the responsible remaining option.
Tell us the things you would want to know if you were the one showing up to remove it.
Stairs are important. So are elevators, gate codes, parking restrictions, long walks between the property and truck, unusually heavy furniture, safes, pianos, appliances, construction debris, loose material, possible pests, and anything that may require special handling.
For condos and managed communities around Fort Myers, tell us if management has rules about vendors, elevators, loading areas, insurance documentation or working hours.
And please tell us about bed bugs or other infestations before we arrive.
We can work through a lot of unusual situations.
What’s difficult to work around is something important that nobody mentioned.
It happens all the time.
Sometimes a customer finds another chair after sending the pictures. Sometimes it’s three boxes in a closet.
And sometimes we arrive to discover that “a few additional things” means another bedroom.
An extra lamp shouldn’t start a negotiation in the driveway. A substantially larger job, though, is a different job from the one we originally priced.
If the job changes, the office sends the revised work and price for your written approval before the crew removes the additional material.
No loading half the house and then announcing a surprise price.
You should know what you’re agreeing to before the additional work is done.
The reverse is true too. If the job has materially changed because items were removed before we arrived, tell us. We want the final agreement to reflect what is actually there.
