We carry out prepared freestanding grills from patios, lanais and upstairs balconies. The grill can stay where it sits for pickup; there is no need to roll a corroded cart to the curb. Identify side shelves, detached lids and accessories that should leave.

Keep the propane tank for a tank exchange or the household chemical drop-off; we take the grill. A fixed gas supply needs professional disconnection and capping before hauling.

Remove the propane tank; a connected gas line needs a professional.

The customer removes a detachable propane cylinder before pickup. Propane tanks go back through a tank exchange or to Lee County’s household chemical drop-off at Topaz Court (drop-off sites); we haul the grill. A permanently gas-connected grill needs a licensed professional to disconnect and cap the line before removal.

Empty cooled charcoal and ash before pickup. Tell us about grease, leaking contents or damaged fuel components. Do not open or alter a gas connection to improve a photograph. The preparation resources explain where those materials go and official disposal information.

Freestanding equipment differs from an outdoor kitchen.

Show side burners, cabinets, work surfaces and any connection to counters, masonry or other fixtures. Indicate which parts you want removed and what must stay. An outdoor-kitchen photograph does not authorize demolition of the entire installation.

We need to look at built-in or attached equipment separately. Haul-away does not automatically include cutting a countertop, dismantling masonry, repairing finishes or reconnecting a replacement grill. Another trade may need to prepare the unit before it can be collected.

A stainless lid can hide a weakened cart underneath.

The cooking chamber may look sound while the lower cart, axle mounts or side shelves have rusted. Cast-iron grates and burners also add weight inside a thin metal shell. Identify loose parts and failed wheels without tipping the grill to inspect its underside.

Keep detached shelves and ordinary grill accessories together. A ceramic cooker or thick steel smoker needs to be distinguished from a lightweight sheet-metal grill because its weight is concentrated differently.

Side shelves and handles can be wider than the screen door.

Measure the widest fixed part if it is readily accessible. Side burners, shelves and lid handles can obstruct a lanai doorway even when the cart fits. A step down to the yard or an upstairs balcony adds lifting that wheels cannot solve.

Use the building’s permitted elevator and loading route for a condo pickup. Include patio furniture separately when it is also leaving, especially glass tables and heavy umbrella bases.

Grill construction and the carry affect the price.

A light charcoal kettle beside a driveway is a different load from a ceramic cooker or large gas grill upstairs. Material weight, cart condition, protruding shelves and any agreed separation of ordinary components determine handling. Built-in counters, masonry and fixed utilities require their own contractor preparation.

The prepared grill, detached parts and other specified outdoor items form the removal load. Keep propane cylinders, leftover fuel and ash outside it; clearing a grill does not include reconstructing the outdoor kitchen.
