The basics
The basics.
Every job has a $99 minimum, and our starting prices for common items, from a single couch to a hot tub, are published on our pricing page. Your exact price depends on how much there is, how heavy it is and how far it has to be carried. Text photos and you get one written price for the whole job before any work starts.
Almost anything you want gone from a home or business: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard and storm debris, renovation debris, and the contents of whole rooms, garages and houses. We also rent roll-off dumpsters. Chemicals, paint, fuel and medical waste don’t go in a junk load; we’ll tell you where those go.
Same-day and next-day service may be available, depending on the schedule, where you are and the size of the job. Text photos early in the day and tell us your deadline, and we’ll give you the soonest time we have.
Coverage and scheduling

No. We serve every city, neighborhood, island, and unincorporated community in Lee County. The guides are not a coverage limit. Give us the property address if the county is unclear.
Charlotte County, including Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, is available only for sufficiently large jobs by individual quote. Send the address and everything you want removed so we can check whether we can take the job before making arrangements.
Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, 12 pm to 5 pm. We confirm your pickup time when you book.
No. If the items are somewhere the crew can reach, we can do the pickup while you’re away once a few things are settled in advance: written permission, how we get in, a clear list of what goes and what stays, and someone we can call if anything is unclear.

Show the whole load, then include close views of unusually heavy or awkward items. Photograph the route to the truck if stairs, narrow turns, or a long carry are involved. Mention anything inside cupboards, closets, or sheds that the pictures do not show.
A large or unclear cleanout may need a free on-site review. That gives us a chance to see the contents and access together, confirm what stays, and agree on the work before pricing it.
Tell us before the additional work begins. We explain the extra work and revised price and get your written approval before continuing.

Confirm who can authorize the work, put keep/remove instructions in writing, and arrange access privately. Completion photos let the person handling the property review the cleared areas without being on site.
Yes. Tell us about elevator reservations, loading areas, gates, work hours and any paperwork the building asks for, and we plan the pickup around them. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.

If you can safely prepare an item for collection, check with the collection provider serving the exact address. Different places and materials have different collection rules. Paid removal is useful when you need carry-out, sorting, or a coordinated property cleanout.
You can tell us your preference, but the organization decides what it accepts. Condition, need, capacity, and transport arrangements matter. A named destination or donation receipt is confirmed once the organization accepts the items.
