Fort Myers Junk Removal, LLC
Effective Date: October 18, 2026
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
Fort Myers Junk Removal, LLC (“Fort Myers Junk Removal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers, prospective customers, website visitors, business contacts, and others who interact with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit FtMyersJunkRemoval.com (the “Website”), request an estimate, submit photographs or project information, communicate with us by telephone, text message, email, web form, or automated system, hire us to perform services, or otherwise interact with our business.
This Policy describes our privacy practices. It does not create rights or obligations beyond those imposed by applicable law. Some rights described below apply only when a particular law applies to us and to the individual making the request.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name; email address; telephone or mobile number; service, property, or billing address; ZIP code; project photographs, videos, descriptions, measurements, quantities, and item information; property and access conditions; scheduling preferences; communications; estimates; invoices; transaction and service history; feedback; reviews; and other information you choose to provide.
Photographs and Project Documentation
We commonly use customer-supplied photographs and descriptions to evaluate projects and prepare estimates. Images may incidentally show portions of a home or business, vehicles, possessions, people, documents, addresses, or other surroundings. Please review what is visible before submitting media and avoid including sensitive or unnecessary information. We may also take before-and-after photographs or other job documentation to confirm conditions, document completion, support customer service, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Submission or creation of project photographs does not, by itself, authorize public advertising or promotional use where separate permission is required.
Payment Information
If you pay electronically, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor. We may receive limited transaction information such as the amount, date, payment status, payment method type, refund or dispute status, and transaction identifier. We generally do not need to store complete payment-card numbers when a third-party payment provider processes the transaction.
Sensitive Information
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, passwords, complete financial-account credentials, medical records, government identification documents, biometric identifiers, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for us to provide junk removal or related services.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Website, we and service providers that operate or protect it may automatically receive technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, pages viewed, links or buttons selected, date and time of visits, session and interaction information, device or browser identifiers, and diagnostic, performance, security, or error information. We use this information to operate and secure the Website, understand usage, diagnose technical problems, improve performance and usability, prevent spam and abuse, and measure marketing effectiveness.
3. Cookies, Google Analytics, and Website Security
The Website may use cookies, local storage, tags, pixels, and similar technologies. Some are necessary for Website operation, security, forms, and preferences. Others may help us measure Website usage or marketing performance. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect Website functionality.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help us understand Website traffic and how visitors interact with the Website. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies and may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, browser or device information, and Website interaction data. Google processes information from sites that use Google services in accordance with its own terms and privacy disclosures. We do not intend to send Google Analytics information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, or the contents of an estimate request.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect Website forms from bots, spam, fraud, and automated abuse. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from a visitor’s browser or device for security purposes. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit the contents of form entries as part of that security function. Cloudflare’s processing is also subject to its applicable privacy terms, including its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Advertising and Attribution
If we use advertising or attribution technologies, they may help us understand whether advertisements lead to Website visits, calls, estimate requests, or other interactions. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for nonessential cookies or regulated advertising activity, we will provide the legally required choice.
4. How We Use Personal Information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare, communicate, and revise estimates.
- Evaluate photographs and project descriptions and determine labor, vehicle, equipment, disposal, donation, recycling, access, and logistical requirements.
- Schedule, dispatch, coordinate, perform, document, and follow up on services.
- Process deposits and payments and maintain invoices, receipts, accounting records, and transaction history.
- Provide customer service and communicate before, during, and after a job.
- Coordinate employees, contractors, subcontractors, service operators, disposal facilities, recyclers, donation organizations, and other parties reasonably involved in completing a service.
- Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Website, our services, and our business operations.
- Measure marketing performance and, where permitted, communicate about our services.
- Prevent and investigate fraud, spam, misuse, security incidents, chargebacks, theft, property damage, complaints, accidents, disputes, insurance matters, and unlawful or abusive activity.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may also use information for another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent where consent is required.
5. Telephone, Text Message, and Email Communications
If you provide a telephone number or email address in connection with an inquiry, estimate, transaction, or service, we may use it to communicate with you about that interaction and our business relationship. Communications may include estimate questions, requests for photographs, scheduling, arrival information, service updates, invoices, payment information, customer service, and follow-up. We may use manual or automated systems where permitted by law. Providing a telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications when separate consent is legally required.
Mobile Messaging Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver or support communications, such as telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, customer-service systems, and technology providers, only as reasonably necessary to provide those services or support our communications. Consent to receive text messages from Fort Myers Junk Removal is not transferable to another business for that business’s independent marketing.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Where applicable, you may reply STOP to opt out of promotional text messages and HELP for assistance. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent lawful service-related communications reasonably necessary to administer an existing inquiry, transaction, or service. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in the applicable message or by contacting legal@ftmyersjunkremoval.com.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technologies
We may use software, automation, artificial intelligence, machine-assisted tools, virtual assistants, or automated telephone or messaging systems to support portions of our operations. These technologies may assist with receiving inquiries, organizing or summarizing communications, reviewing project descriptions or photographs, supporting estimate preparation, routing or scheduling, detecting spam or fraud, analyzing Website performance, and administrative functions.
Information you provide through an automated system may be processed by technology providers that support the system. Automated outputs, including preliminary estimates, are not guaranteed to be error-free and do not guarantee final pricing, scheduling, availability, acceptance of materials, or site conditions. Where appropriate, automated outputs may be reviewed, corrected, supplemented, or overridden by human personnel. Where applicable law provides rights concerning decisions based solely on certain automated processing, we will honor those rights to the extent they apply.
7. Call Recording, Transcription, and Monitoring
We may record, transcribe, monitor, or summarize telephone calls only where permitted by applicable law and for purposes such as customer service, quality assurance, training, documentation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and business operations.
Where applicable law requires notice or consent before recording or intercepting a communication, we will provide the required notice and obtain the required consent before recording or interception begins. In jurisdictions requiring the consent of all parties, including Florida in circumstances governed by Florida’s interception statute, we will not rely solely on this Privacy Policy as consent to record a call. If you do not wish to participate in a recorded call after receiving notice, you may say so and, where reasonably available, request another communication method.
8. How We Disclose Personal Information
Service Providers
We may disclose information to vendors that provide Website hosting and infrastructure, email, telephone and messaging systems, customer-management systems, scheduling and dispatch technology, payment processing, invoicing and accounting, analytics, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, cloud storage, marketing, advertising, and professional services.
Personnel, Contractors, and Service Operators
We may provide employees, contractors, subcontractors, independent service providers, drivers, operators, or other assigned personnel with information reasonably necessary to estimate, coordinate, or perform a job. This may include a customer’s name, telephone number, service address, project photographs, project description, access instructions, and scheduling information. We seek to limit access to information reasonably necessary for the applicable work.
Other Necessary Disclosures
When appropriate to completing a service, project information may be shared with disposal facilities, recyclers, donation organizations, property representatives, or similar parties. We may also disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, financial institutions, law enforcement, courts, government authorities, or other appropriate parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; investigate fraud or unlawful conduct; protect rights, safety, property, or security; enforce an agreement; pursue or defend a claim; or respond to an emergency.
Business Transactions
If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or operations, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed to parties evaluating or completing the transaction, subject to applicable legal and confidentiality obligations.
9. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Fort Myers Junk Removal is a service business. We do not operate as a data broker and do not sell customer lists as a business model. We also do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent for third parties’ or affiliates’ independent marketing.
Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than ordinary usage and may treat certain advertising or cross-site technologies as regulated disclosures even when no money changes hands. If we engage in processing covered by an applicable law, we will provide and honor the opt-out rights required by that law.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Retention may depend on whether you become a customer, the nature of the information, accounting and tax requirements, payment or chargeback issues, insurance requirements, service questions, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, applicable statutes of limitation, and other legal or regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, destroy, de-identify, or anonymize it, subject to legal obligations, backups, technical limitations, and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Information relevant to a dispute, accident, chargeback, insurance matter, or legal claim may be retained longer than ordinary operational records.
11. Data Security and Security-Incident Response
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information under our control from unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, network, transmission method, database, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate, contain, remediate, preserve relevant evidence, and provide notices to affected individuals, regulators, law enforcement, or others when required by applicable law.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, the type of information involved, and whether a particular privacy law applies to Fort Myers Junk Removal, you may have rights to request confirmation of processing; access; correction; deletion; portability; information about categories of information, sources, purposes, or recipients; restriction of or objection to certain processing; withdrawal of consent; opt-out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; or appeal of certain privacy-request decisions.
These rights are not absolute. Exceptions may apply, and some privacy statutes apply only to businesses that meet specified thresholds. Nothing in this Policy represents that a particular privacy statute applies to Fort Myers Junk Removal when its legal requirements are not satisfied.
Submitting a Privacy Request
Email legal@ftmyersjunkremoval.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please provide enough information for us to understand the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests. Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to act for you, we may require documentation of the agent’s authority and may independently verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
If we deny a request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, email legal@ftmyersjunkremoval.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”
13. Browser Privacy Signals
Some browsers and devices transmit privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will process supported signals as required. Other signals, including older “Do Not Track” signals for which there is no universally accepted standard, may not receive a separate response.
14. Florida Privacy and Data Protection
Fort Myers Junk Removal is a Florida company. We intend to comply with Florida laws applicable to our handling and protection of personal information, including applicable requirements concerning reasonable security measures and security-incident or breach notification. Florida and other privacy statutes may apply only when particular definitions, thresholds, or circumstances are satisfied. Nothing in this Policy represents that every provision of a particular privacy statute applies to our business when it does not.
15. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Residents of California and other states may have additional privacy rights if the applicable statute applies to Fort Myers Junk Removal and to the relevant processing. Depending on the law, these may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, consent, limitation, non-discrimination, or appeal rights, as well as information about categories of personal information, sources, purposes, and recipients. Requests may be submitted using the process in Section 12.
We do not operate as a data broker and do not sell customer lists as our business model. If our use of advertising or analytics technology constitutes a regulated sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activity under a law applicable to us, we will provide and honor the choices that law requires.
16. Children’s Privacy
Our Website and services are intended for adults seeking junk removal and related property services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact legal@ftmyersjunkremoval.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
17. Property Access Information and Information About Other People
Customers may provide gate instructions, building-access information, parking instructions, lockbox information, or other details needed to reach a service location. Please provide only information necessary for the scheduled work and avoid permanent passwords, alarm codes, or unrelated credentials when a temporary or limited-access method is available. Necessary access instructions may be disclosed to personnel or service providers assigned to the job.
If you provide personal information about another person, such as a property owner, tenant, family member, real estate professional, property manager, or other contact, you represent that you have appropriate authority to provide the information or that providing it is otherwise lawful. Please provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested service.
18. Business Customers and Property Professionals
We may work with businesses, real estate professionals, property managers, landlords, contractors, estate representatives, associations, and other organizations. If you interact with us on behalf of an organization, we may collect your business contact information and information concerning the organization, properties, or projects you represent. Certain privacy laws treat business-to-business information differently from consumer information.
19. De-Identified and Aggregated Information
We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information from information we collect, such as general service demand, job characteristics, or Website usage. When information has been appropriately de-identified so that it is not reasonably linked to an identifiable individual, we may use it for lawful business analysis, planning, operational improvement, market analysis, and Website improvement. We will not attempt to re-identify information we maintain as de-identified except as permitted by law, including to test whether de-identification is effective.
20. Third-Party Websites, Platforms, and Integrations
The Website or our business systems may link to or integrate with third-party services such as maps, review platforms, social networks, payment processors, communications systems, analytics, scheduling tools, forms, fraud-prevention services, or other technologies. When you interact directly with a third party, that party’s terms and privacy practices may govern its collection and use of information. We do not control independent third parties.
We may add, replace, or discontinue service providers as our business and technology evolve. This Policy therefore describes categories of providers and processing rather than promising that a particular vendor will be used indefinitely.
21. Reviews, Testimonials, Social Media, and Public Content
If you voluntarily post a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other information on a public third-party platform, that information may become publicly available according to that platform’s policies. If you separately authorize Fort Myers Junk Removal to use a testimonial, review, photograph, or other material for promotional purposes, we may use it in accordance with that authorization and applicable law. Information published on publicly accessible portions of the Internet may be indexed, cached, archived, or processed by search engines, internet archives, artificial-intelligence systems, and other independent third parties. We cannot guarantee removal from every independent third-party system after public information is removed from our Website.
22. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business, Website, technology, service providers, legal obligations, or privacy practices. When we revise it, we will update the “Last Updated” date. If a change materially alters our practices, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law. The version posted on the Website will describe the practices then in effect.
23. Accessibility
If you have difficulty accessing or reading this Privacy Policy because of a disability or need it in an alternative format, contact legal@ftmyersjunkremoval.com. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible version or otherwise assist with the request.
