Starting prices. Your exact price depends on what’s going in; call and we’ll quote it. Dimensions are typical outside measurements for each size and vary a little by container, so tell us if you have a tight driveway or gate.

Which size do you need?
Think in pickup-truck loads. A 10-yard holds about three, a 20-yard about six and a 40-yard about twelve. Most home projects land in the 10 to 20-yard range; remodels that run for weeks and commercial jobs need the bigger containers. Tell us what you’re throwing out and we’ll recommend the size, so you don’t pay for space you won’t use or run out halfway through.
How dumpster rental works
Four steps, and the first one is a phone call.
- Call or text with your address, the project, your dates and what’s going in.
- We confirm the size, your price and where the dumpster will sit. Rental terms are confirmed with you before delivery.
- We drop it off, and you load it as the work happens.
- Call when you’re done, and we haul it away.
Rental period, delivery and pickup
The standard rental is 7 days. If you need it for less time or longer, ask: it depends on the job and on availability. Delivery and pickup are normally included in your quote. How much weight a dumpster can hold depends on its size and what’s going in, so we go over those terms with your quote.
Where the dumpster will sit
Plan on a driveway or another firm, level spot on the property, with room for the truck to back in and nothing overhead. Containers don’t go in the street or the swale; Lee County and its cities restrict commercial use of road rights-of-way. Whether a dumpster can go at your address at all depends on your city and the type of job, which is why we confirm it before you book. If you live in an HOA or condo community, check its rules on containers first. Worried about your driveway surface? Mention it when you call.
Dumpster rules by city
Each part of Lee County sets its own rules for who can provide a roll-off. Household and business cleanouts are a junk removal job everywhere: our crew loads it and hauls it away in one visit.
- Unincorporated Lee County (Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers and more), Bonita Springs and Estero: we deliver roll-offs for construction, renovation, remodeling, roofing and demolition debris.
- Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel: the city or its franchise hauler handles most roll-offs. Each page explains your options, and when our crew is the better fit.
What can go in
Construction and renovation debris: drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, cabinets, fixtures and roofing. Keep household junk out of a construction container; in unincorporated Lee County, debris mixed with other waste stops counting as construction debris. Hazardous materials can’t go in: chemicals, fuel, oil, batteries and similar items. Planning a roof? Tell us: asphalt shingles go to the county landfill in Felda or a private recycler, not the Buckingham campus. If you’re not sure about something, ask when you call.
Would junk removal be easier?
If you’d rather not do the lifting, our crew can load and haul everything in one visit instead, with no container in the driveway. It’s often the better deal for a few heavy items, or for a condo where the HOA won’t allow a dumpster out front. Compare the two in dumpster rental vs. junk removal.
