Dumpster Rental in Unincorporated Lee County
Outside Lee County’s six cities (Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, Iona, San Carlos Park and the rest), we deliver roll-off dumpsters for construction, renovation, remodeling, re-roofing and demolition debris. Household and business cleanouts are different: there, our crew loads and hauls the junk instead. Call or text the address, the project and your dates, or get a free dumpster quote online.
What a dumpster here can be used for
Construction and demolition debris is open here: the county’s franchise isn’t exclusive for debris from new construction, renovations, remodeling, re-roofing or demolition. That’s the work our roll-offs are for.
Keep the container to project debris. Under the county code, construction debris mixed with household junk is no longer treated as construction debris, so a cleanout load doesn’t belong in it. If you’re clearing out a house, garage or rental, our junk removal crew does it in one visit.
Where it goes
Plan on the driveway or another firm spot on your property, not the street or the grassy strip beside it: the county doesn’t allow commercial use of its road rights-of-way. In Lehigh Acres and other areas with big lots, tell us where on the property the work is happening and we’ll plan the drop accordingly.
Permits, recycling and roofing
Projects that need a building or demolition permit above the county’s thresholds (including roofing jobs that remove the old roof) have to recycle half of their debris. If your permit carries that requirement, tell us when you book. Asphalt shingles no longer go to the county’s Buckingham campus; they go to the county landfill in Felda or to an approved private recycler.
