- Free Estimates — Text Us Photos
Tell us what needs to go and where it is. It might be one recliner you can’t get down the stairs, a fridge and washer left from a remodel, a garage that hasn’t held a car in years, or a spare room full of things nobody wants. Our crew comes in, does the lifting and carrying, loads our own truck and hauls it away. Nothing has to be moved to the curb or the driveway first.
Start with a call, a text or the free estimate form. Text photos or call for a fast price; for a large or unclear job, ask for a free walkthrough instead. Photograph heavy things where they sit. There’s no need to drag a couch outside or unhook an appliance just to ask.

Organize a household pickup by what stays and what leaves.
One item or several storage areas can be included. Show the whole pickup and tell us what is inside closed boxes so we don’t miss part of the job.
Furniture, appliances and everyday clutter
Separate furniture, mattresses, appliances and electronics from ordinary bagged or boxed household items. Include clothing, linens, bedding, curtains, shoes, books, toys, cookware, lamps, decor, picture frames, luggage, ironing boards and empty pet crates or cat trees in your request. Keep documents, medication, valuables and personal keeps out of the removal area.
Sports gear and children’s items
Bicycles, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, surfboards, skis, camping gear and sports equipment can be described together. Long items still need an exit route. Identify batteries in scooters and ride-on toys. Baby gear, cribs, car seats, strollers, highchairs and playpens are removal items only after you authorize disposal; a donation or reuse outcome is not guaranteed by appearance or age.
Curbside and contactless pickup
Photograph contents where they are. If you prefer outdoor pickup, agree on a safe location before moving anything; do not block a sidewalk or place material based on guessed collection rules. For a pickup while you’re away, send written instructions, arrange entry privately and name someone we can reach. Keep belongings that must stay clearly separated. Items already at the curb or in the driveway usually take less labor, and your estimate reflects that.
Clutter, donations and restricted materials
You decide what stays and what goes, including valuables and family keepsakes; we follow your list. Good items may be donated when that’s practical and a charity accepts them. Keep paint, chemicals, fuel, sharps, batteries and fluorescent tubes out of the bags, and tell us about them so we can point you to the right drop-off.
When a pickup becomes a cleanout
Use a room-by-room list when several spaces are involved. Include closets, the garage, lanai and any outbuilding expressly; “everything” is not a safe instruction when someone else’s possessions remain. A move-out, estate or inherited property needs someone who can approve removal and time to decide what stays.

What we take from homes
Most things in a home can go, and mixed loads are normal: a couch, a dozen boxes and an old grill can all go in one visit for one price.
- Furniture: couches and sectionals, recliners, dressers, beds, tables, desks and patio sets. See furniture removal and couch removal.
- Appliances: refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers and water heaters. See appliance removal and refrigerator removal.
- Mattresses and beds: mattresses, box springs, frames and adjustable bases. See mattress removal.
- Garage and yard: boxes, shelving, bikes, mowers, grills, patio furniture, branches and yard piles. See garage cleanouts and yard debris removal.
- The big, awkward pieces: treadmills, pianos, hot tubs and TVs.
- Whole rooms or whole houses: a spare room, an attic, a move-out or an estate. See cleanouts and estate cleanouts.
- Bags and loose clutter: see household trash removal.
How a visit works
You send photos or call. Text them, call, or add them on the free estimate form for a fast price. You approve it, then we pick a time. Same-day and next-day service may be available depending on the schedule and the job; text early in the day for the best chance (see same-day junk removal).
On the day, the crew checks the list with you, carries everything out from wherever it sits (upstairs bedrooms, the back of the garage, the lanai), loads the truck and sweeps the areas it cleared. Routine disassembly, like taking a bed frame apart or the legs off a table, is included; unusual disassembly is quoted with the job. If you find more to add while we’re there, it’s priced with you before it goes on the truck.
This goes. That stays.
Mark what stays, or give us a list room by room. A bag beside a couch might be trash, donations or packing for a move, so tell us which. Pull out papers, medication, jewelry and anything irreplaceable before we start. When we’re unsure about an item, we ask before taking it.
You don’t have to be home. If you’ll be away, or you’re handling a parent’s or a tenant’s home, send written instructions, arrange how we get in and name someone we can reach. We remove what the person who hired us authorizes.
How pricing works
You’re priced on what goes: how much there is, what it is and how hard it is to get out. One chair by the front door is a small job; a full garage, or a sleeper sofa coming down from a third-floor condo, takes more. Dense loads like books, tools and tile weigh more than they look. Every job has a $99 minimum, and pricing lists starting prices for common items.
You approve the price before we schedule. If anything changes, the new price is agreed with you in writing before we continue. For a whole property, see cleanouts; if you’d rather fill a container yourself over a few weeks, see dumpster rental.
What the photos should show
One wide photo of each room or pile, a close-up of anything unusual, and the way out: stairs, the elevator, the gate and the walk to the driveway. Tell us the floor, where a truck can park and anything still plugged in or hooked up to water or gas.
If something is hard-wired or on a gas or water line, the right trade disconnects it first; then we take it out. In a condo or HOA community, ask management about elevator reservations and vendor hours. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
What happens to it
Usable furniture and household goods can be donated when a local organization accepts them. Metal goes to recycling when practical, and the rest goes to appropriate disposal. If you’d like to donate some things yourself first, donation, reuse and disposal lists who takes what in Lee County. Paint, chemicals and fuel go to Lee County’s household chemical drop-off at Topaz Court (drop-off sites). Everything else, we’ll haul.
Where it can go in Lee County
If you’d rather handle some of it yourself, or it’s still worth giving away, these are the local options. Each organization decides what it accepts, so check with them before you load the car.
