We remove unwanted skis and related household sports equipment. Count the pairs, poles and bags that should leave and point out anything being retained.
Long pieces and sharp ends
Show the longest pieces and any damaged edges or broken poles. Keep pairs identifiable without making an awkward heavy bundle. Ski racks or shelving are separate inventory items. We haul authorized contents; a pickup does not appraise equipment or guarantee a recycling destination.
Decide on reuse without treating old bindings as verified
A ski shop can assess binding serviceability if you intend to pass equipment on for use. For disposal, leave bindings attached and keep pairs identifiable with their unwanted boots and poles. A snowboard uses different binding and storage arrangements, so identify it separately within a mixed winter-sports load.
Length and exposed edges affect loading
Long skis and projecting poles need controlled carrying through doors and stair turns. Multiple pairs, heavy boots and racks add load components. Keep sharp broken poles visible rather than buried in bags. The pickup covers unwanted gear, not appraisal or certification that used equipment remains safe to ride.
