- Free Estimates — Text Us Photos
Same-day and next-day pickup may be available, depending on the day’s schedule and the job. Three things make it more likely: you text photos early in the day, the items are easy to get to, and everything fits in one truckload. We’re open 7 days: Monday to Saturday 8 to 5, Sunday 12 to 5.
Text the photos, the address and your deadline, or call if that’s easier. Text, call or use the estimate form early in the day for the fastest answer. Once you approve it, we confirm an arrival window and keep you posted on the day. Wait for that confirmation before you book a building elevator or move your plans around the pickup.

What the photos should show
Stand back and take one wide photo of everything that’s going, not just one piece, then a closer shot of anything big or heavy, like a sleeper sofa or a refrigerator. Add a photo of the way out: the stairs, a narrow hall, the elevator or the gate.
With the photos, tell us the floor, where the truck can park, the gate code if there is one, who will be there and your deadline (a delivery, a lease handover, guests arriving). Mention anything still hooked up to gas, water or power, and anything wet or contaminated. Those get sorted out before pickup, rush or not.
What changes the timing
How much there is: a single couch or one truckload fits into a day more easily than a whole-house cleanout. How easy it is to reach: a garage or curbside pile is quicker to fit in than a third-floor condo that needs an elevator reservation. What has to happen first: an appliance disconnected, the building’s approval, a gate code. And when you ask: a morning text leaves more of the day to work with than one sent late in the afternoon, and Sunday hours are 12 to 5.
Condos, offices and not-home pickups
Condo and commercial buildings often have vendor hours, elevator reservations or insurance paperwork. Check with management first, because an open slot on our side doesn’t help if the building can’t take us today. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
You don’t need to be home. Give us written permission and someone we can reach. If an electrician or plumber has to disconnect something first, tell us when that’s done.
After a storm or an emergency
This is fast scheduling for junk removal. Downed power lines, unstable structures, floodwater and hazardous materials go to the utility, emergency services or a specialist first; once that’s handled, send photos and we’ll plan the removal. After a storm, see storm debris removal.
Call as early as you can; we’ll confirm right away whether we can make your deadline, so you have time to plan.
Price first, then the pickup
You get the price before any work starts. If you add something at the last minute, we’ll price it before it goes on the truck. Every job has a $99 minimum, and published starting prices for common items are on our pricing page.
For one item, see couch removal, mattress disposal, refrigerator removal or washing machine removal. For a few large pieces, see bulky item pickup; for a mixed household load, see residential junk removal.
