A table that went onto the lanai in pieces may not leave as one piece. A heavy outdoor sofa can also be harder to carry once its frame has rusted or its wicker has broken. Show us the furniture where it sits, including the doorway or gate between it and the truck.

We remove unwanted outdoor chairs, tables, loungers and similar furniture across Lee County. You do not need to haul the set to the driveway to request an estimate. Include cushions, umbrellas and separate bases in the list rather than assuming they are included with the table.

Tell us what is loose, heavy or fragile.

Photograph the whole set and any damaged sections. Mention loose glass, broken legs, crumbling wicker and frames that no longer feel solid. A close-up of one good chair does not explain six damaged chairs behind it. If an umbrella has a separate heavy base, show that too.

Do not dismantle unstable furniture to make an estimate photo. We can discuss ordinary disassembly as part of the removal, but the method depends on what is actually there. An attached outdoor kitchen, powered awning or built-in bench needs a separate discussion; it isn’t ordinary loose patio furniture.

Include the screen door, not just the furniture.

A screened enclosure can have a narrower exit than the door from the house. Show both possible routes, the path beside the house and any gate. Mention steps, landscaping and a long carry to the loading position. We should know before scheduling if the only apparent exit crosses a furnished room.

Routine disassembly and an authorized standard hinged-door removal may help with access. Removing screen panels, frames or parts of the enclosure is not an automatic part of carry-out. Do not arrange the job on the assumption that something attached to the property will be taken apart.

A balcony pickup needs the building’s route.

For a condo or upstairs balcony, tell us which floor the furniture is on and how it must reach ground level. Provide service-elevator instructions, permitted work hours and the loading location. A balcony railing is not a removal route, and a difficult item does not create an automatic promise of lifting or rigging.

If a property manager will provide access, identify who can approve the item list and answer a question during the visit. A written list is especially useful when cushions or pieces of a matching set are staying. Mark those clearly before work begins.

Price the whole outdoor group together.

Send an overall picture, item count, condition details and access views. Include other items you want removed at the same visit. The furniture removal guide covers mixed indoor furniture; a grill pickup needs its own fuel and connection discussion.

We agree on the work and a written price before starting. Additional work and price changes need your written approval before we continue. A pickup clears the agreed furniture and leaves the removal area broom-clean; it is not pressure washing, screen repair or patio restoration.

A usable set may have another option.

If the furniture is safe and usable, a confirmed recipient may be an alternative to paid removal. Check that someone wants the complete set, can collect it and can meet your timing. Outdoor wear or broken glass can change that decision even when the furniture still looks attractive in a photograph.

We consider practical reuse and recycling options, but acceptance is the receiving party’s decision. If carrying the furniture out is the part you need help with, describe that clearly so the estimate addresses the actual problem.

If you’d rather handle some of it yourself, or it’s still worth giving away, these are the local options. Each organization decides what it accepts, so check with them before you load the car.
