We dismantle and remove wooden playsets and metal swing sets, including the agreed towers, beams, slides and accessories. A large wooden system has several supported sections; a light metal frame still has anchors and connections to account for.
Keep weakened supports and unstable parts undisturbed. Identify what is leaving, including pieces already stored elsewhere, and what must remain in the yard.

Towers and swing beams need a controlled dismantling sequence.
A swing beam can connect a tower to an outer support frame, so removing one part may affect another. Roofs, platforms and climbing walls also add weight above ground. Identify rotten posts, rusted joints and any section that no longer supports itself.
Slides and ladders may project beyond the main frame. Include each attachment and any already-detached boards so the job accounts for the whole playset, not just the structure still standing.
Screw anchors and concrete-set posts leave different sites.
Screw-in anchors can be removed. Posts set in concrete can be cut at ground level, with the footings left in place. Identify actual anchors before work; a wooden post disappearing into grass does not reveal its foundation.
Mulch, rubber surfacing and a sandbox beneath the tower are separate material loads. Mark borders and surfaces that stay. Digging out footings and restoring the lawn are outside an ordinary playset dismantling request.
Dismantled sections still need room through the gate.
Long swing beams and wide slide sections can be difficult to turn through a narrow side passage. Steps and retained pool equipment may dictate the carrying direction. The crew plans dismantling around those constraints rather than assuming the whole frame can be dragged out.
Using a neighbor’s property or removing fencing requires separate permission and arrangements. Identify the permitted route and areas that must remain protected.
Construction, corrosion and anchor work affect removal cost.
A simple metal swing frame has fewer components than a wooden tower with roofs, climbing walls and multiple platforms. Seized fasteners, weakened wood and concrete-set posts change the work involved. A long carry through a side gate adds handling after dismantling.
The quote distinguishes the equipment and agreed loose material from the ground beneath it. New surfacing, grading and lawn repair should be planned separately if another play structure will replace it.
