Build an inventory before planning a clear-out.
Identify each vessel, trailer and separate piece of equipment. Show the storage position, aisle width, gates and ground conditions. Distinguish items on usable trailers from unsupported hulls or boats in the water. A yard-wide photograph cannot establish a transport plan for every unit.
Keep authority with the responsible owner or representative.
Record who can authorize each removal and disclose ownership uncertainty before requesting work. The crew does not decide title, lien, abandonment or contractual disputes. Obtain appropriate independent advice where needed; this page supplies no legal procedure or claim of disposal authority.
Confirm transport and preparation before scheduling.
Describe remaining fuel, batteries, equipment and personal belongings without disturbing them for photographs. Towing, lifting, salvage and handling are not inferred from a general junk-removal service. Each accepted job needs a confirmed scope and access arrangement before management relies on a clearance date.
Call or text (239) 270-0070 with the items, their condition, the property location, and the route out. Photos help us review the work. We’ll confirm what we can take before you book.
