Our starting prices for common appliances, from washers and dryers to refrigerators and water heaters, are listed below, and every job has a $99 minimum. What moves a job above the starting price is the work: whether it’s already disconnected, how hard the way out is (stairs, a tight laundry closet, a condo hallway) and how many appliances go together. Text a photo of the appliance and the way out for one written price.
Preparation changes what can be quoted
Identify gas, plumbing, hardwired power and refrigerant connections. Any professional disconnection happens before pickup and isn’t part of our price. Water heaters need draining; refrigerators need their contents removed. Tell us about damaged doors, leaks, contamination and commercial-size equipment before relying on a household-appliance estimate.
Weight and access matter
A machine upstairs, in a tight laundry closet or behind a narrow condo doorway may need a different crew plan. Show stacked appliances, pedestals, steps and loading distance. Count every appliance and accessory in the job, including the extra freezer in a garage or an old unit stored elsewhere.

These are the starting prices from our published price list. Each covers labor, loading, hauling and standard disposal fees for the item described. Stairs, extra weight, disassembly or several items together change the total, and we confirm one written price from your photos before any work. Every job has a $99 minimum charge.
