Fort Myers Junk Removal removes one standard loveseat in Lee County, starting at $99.
Starting at $99
One standard loveseat
- Included
- Labor, lifting/loading, haul-away, transportation, and standard disposal/recycling fees for the described item
- What changes the price
- Size/weight, quantity, pickup access
- Add-on charges
- Quoted before work for unusual access, extra-heavy/oversized handling, disassembly, or non-standard disposal when applicable
A loveseat can be easier to fit in a room than a full sofa without being easy to carry out. Powered seats and compact sleepers can hide quite a bit of weight. Tell us what yours does, where it sits and whether anything is broken or stuck.
We can remove the loveseat on its own or with other furniture. You don’t need to put it outside first. Show the doorway, hallway turns and stairs, then include any matching pieces in the photos. The couch guide explains the shared carry-out and condition policy.
Planning your loveseat removal
Compact seating can still contain powered or concealed bed mechanisms.
- Before pickup
- Remove belongings from cushions and console storage.
- Identify power, reclining or bed features and any mechanism that is stuck.
- Where it is and how to reach it
- Doorway turns, stairs and the distance to loading.
- Condo elevator and vendor route when applicable.
- Useful photos
- Whole loveseat, accessible label and any damaged parts.
- Room exit, hallway and stairs.
- What affects the quote
- Actual configuration and weight implications rather than seat count alone.
- Disassembly, stairs and additional items in the approved load.
Does it recline or turn into a bed?
Tell us if the loveseat has a pull-out bed, powered footrests, a lift feature or a storage console. A broken motor or missing control does not remove the weight of that hardware. Do not force a jammed mechanism open to photograph it.
For concealed bed hardware, use the more detailed sleeper-sofa guide. For reclining parts, recliner removal explains the preparation questions. The loveseat label alone is not enough to choose either handling plan.
Show the turn after the door.
A smaller sofa can still get caught between a room exit and a narrow hallway. Show the surrounding space and any stair landing. Routine removable parts or an alternative exit may help, but the route needs review before a promised intact carry-out.
We need your written approval and agreement on the work before cutting furniture for disposal. A customer does not need to dismantle the frame, lift it for underside pictures or move it into a common hallway before requesting an estimate.
Check the cushions and tell us about damage.
Remove personal belongings and say whether cushions and any sleeper mattress are included. If other room furniture is leaving, include it in the same request. Pests or contamination must be disclosed before scheduling so acceptance and preparation can be discussed.
Usable furniture is not guaranteed a donation destination. If someone wants the loveseat, confirm their collection arrangements first. Removal does not include delivery to another home or reassembly for a new owner.
