Sink and vanity removal starts after the supply and drain connections have been properly disconnected and capped. Show the basin, cabinet and countertop as separate parts of the job.
Plumbing first, then agreed cabinet work
Identify wall fastening, glued joints, backsplash material and any stone top. Empty the vanity drawers and cabinet of medicines, cleaners and personal items. We can review ordinary vanity removal after plumbing preparation, but wall repairs, floor repairs and installation are separate. Heavy stone belongs in the countertop handling discussion.
The basin, top and cabinet can need separate support
A stone top may remain glued to the cabinet even after plumbing is released. The sink opening and backsplash create fragile areas during separation. Identify any mirror or cabinet that stays, and empty medicines and chemicals from storage. A furniture vanity without plumbing is a different furniture-removal job.
Stone, glued joints and bathroom clearance affect removal
A light cabinet under a heavy top should not be estimated as one ordinary cupboard. Attachments, stairs and room to turn the basin or slab influence labor. Trade preparation must release the supply, drain and any electrical connection. Floor repairs, wall patching and fitting the replacement remain separate.
