We haul away portable fire pits, fire bowls, chimineas and gas fire tables once they’re completely cold and empty. Built-in masonry fire pits, outdoor fireplaces and chimneys are a different job.
Before we come
Let it go completely cold and empty the ash; never put warm ash in a container for pickup. Propane cylinders and liquid fuel don’t go in a junk load, so take them out. A fixed gas line is disconnected by a gas professional first.
Check the base
Gas fire tables often hide a propane cylinder in the base. Take it out before the pickup. Grates, covers and loose legs can go with the pit; list them. Cold ash and charcoal in bags can go too if you tell us it’s there.
What changes the price
A thin portable bowl is light; a heavy steel or stone-topped fire table isn’t. Rusted-through bottoms, loose legs and glass panels change how it’s carried, and steps or a lanai doorway add time. See how pricing works.
