A store closure or refit can leave display furniture on the floor and stock in the back room. We can discuss removing the ordinary contents you have permission to dispose of. Show both areas, including glass cases, shelves and counters.

Set aside returns, leased items and stock awaiting someone else’s decision. Goods needing certified destruction require a specialist. Our cleanout is not a promise to demolish a fitted-out shop or remove every connected fixture.

Which stock can go, and who approves it?

Identify merchandise owned by the business and who can authorize disposal. Returns, leased items and goods subject to another party’s instructions should not be included without approval. For abandoned inventory, resolve documented authority with the responsible adviser before asking the crew to remove it.

Items needing certified destruction require the appropriate specialist. Once those are handled, we clear the rest of the agreed contents.

Separate displays from the building they sit in.

Show gondola shelving, glass cases, mannequins and non-structural counters, plus their anchors or connections. Freestanding furniture is different from fitted electrical displays or structural parts. Heavy glass, wall attachments and unusual construction need specific review.

Do not assume the removal includes flooring, ceilings, fire-suppression equipment or electrical disconnection. Keep the work to the contents and fixtures we agreed on and arrange necessary professional preparation separately.

The store’s customer entrance may not be the permitted loading route.

Provide management’s vendor rules, loading-dock times, security arrangements and any restrictions while neighboring stores are trading. Include the stockroom and back corridors in photos so the estimate covers more than the sales floor.

For office fixtures left behind the shop, see office cleanouts. Larger palletized inventory belongs in warehouse assessment, where loading equipment and permission need to be checked separately.
