We clear furniture, shelving, parts and shop equipment from automotive businesses. Describe office items, shelving, parts and prepared equipment separately from shop fluids and regulated waste.

Garage contents need material review
Fuel, oil, automotive fluids, chemicals and contaminated contents are not ordinary junk pickup. Batteries and tires have separate conditions. Heavy drained assemblies and shop equipment are priced one by one. Tell us if you want installed lifts or connected equipment removed, since those need disconnecting first. Cars and motorcycles remain outside the removal scope.
Ownership and loading
Name the authorized business contact and identify rented tools, customer property and parts that must stay. Confirm work hours, bay access and the loading route. A clear item list prevents a general shop cleanout from being mistaken for disposal of every vehicle or container on site.
What a shop clear-out usually involves
Most automotive clear-outs are a mix of three things: the customer side (waiting-room chairs, desks, filing cabinets), the parts side (shelving, bins and old parts that have been drained), and the shop side (worn-out tool carts, benches and equipment being replaced). Installed equipment such as lifts and compressors is a separate conversation: show how it’s anchored and connected, and have fluids and power handled first.
Bays are usually busy during business hours. Commercial work after hours can be arranged, which keeps the job out of your customers’ way.
What affects automotive business junk removal cost?
Shop cleanouts are priced more on weight than on volume: drained parts, metal shelving and shop equipment are heavy. Tires and batteries have their own conditions and are counted separately. See how pricing works.
