We perform warehouse cleanouts with written authority, a complete contents inventory and an agreed loading plan. Separate ordinary furniture and packaging from machinery, inventory requiring controlled disposal and installed systems.
Inventory release and records
The owning business authorizes disposal through an officer or authorized manager. Abandoned or disputed stock needs documented authority before removal; we remove what the authorized contact releases. Confidential records and data remain the customer's responsibility. Products requiring certified destruction need a suitable destruction provider rather than an ordinary hauling receipt.
Pallets, racking and loading
Pooled or rented pallets are returned rather than discarded. Heavy palletized material is individually quoted; loading must use the customer's qualified operator or a hand-breakdown method agreed in advance. Chemicals need a hazardous-waste route before pickup. Racking removal is a separate dismantling scope, particularly for tall or anchored systems. Confirm dock windows, keys, security and vendor documents before the job.
How a warehouse cleanout usually runs
Most warehouse cleanouts happen at the end of a lease or before a new tenant moves in. The usual order is to release the inventory and records, return pooled or rented pallets, take down any racking that’s going, and then clear the remaining office furniture, packaging and junk. Tell us your move-out date and anything the landlord requires.

What affects warehouse cleanout cost?
Truck space and weight drive most of the price: office furniture and packaging fill space, while palletized stock and metal are heavy. - In unincorporated Lee County and Bonita Springs, Ordinance 07-25 requires businesses and multifamily properties to recycle the material that makes up most of their waste by weight, such as cardboard and other fiber, containers, metals or wood. - The everyday Topaz Court drop-off is for residents. For businesses, Lee County contracts MXI Environmental Services to run a monthly chemical-disposal day for very small quantity generators (under 220 pounds of hazardous waste a month), generally the fourth Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 6441 Topaz Court.
