We can coordinate recurring or multi-location commercial work at Lee County locations. We start with your locations, what needs to go and the contract terms.

Review the service agreement
Accounts may have portals, not-to-exceed rules, photo and check-in requirements, insurance requirements, subcontracting restrictions or proposed payment terms. Provide the actual master service agreement and work-order process. No nationwide fulfillment promise or automatic credit terms are established by this page. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
Locations and repeated work
List the local addresses, accepted contents and site access arrangements. Repeat junk or bulky-item visits do not include routine garbage, recycling or cardboard collection. We serve Lee County; locations outside it are decided case by case.
What we need to set up an account
Start with the Lee County addresses, a contact at each site, and what typically needs to go (furniture after a remodel, fixtures between tenants, bulky junk that collects out back). Then send the vendor packet: the master service agreement, the work-order or portal process, and the photo or check-in rules. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
Large jobs can get a free walkthrough before the first job; ask for one by phone, text or the estimate form.
What affects multi-location commercial accounts cost?
Each location’s work is priced on its own contents and access, so a multi-site account is a set of individual job prices rather than a flat rate. Agree on the work-order and photo process up front so each job can be priced quickly. See how pricing works.

- In unincorporated Lee County and Bonita Springs, Ordinance 07-25 requires businesses and multifamily properties to recycle the material that makes up most of their waste by weight, such as cardboard and other fiber, containers, metals or wood. Businesses on 70 gallons or less of garbage service are exempt, and each covered location keeps a Recycling Plan Form on site. Source: Lee County Solid Waste: mandatory recycling ordinance
- The everyday Topaz Court drop-off is for residents. For businesses, Lee County contracts MXI Environmental Services to run a monthly chemical-disposal day for very small quantity generators (under 220 pounds of hazardous waste a month), generally the fourth Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 6441 Topaz Court. Book and get pricing through MXI at 276-477-0947. Sources: Lee County Solid Waste: business hazardous waste disposal; Lee County Solid Waste: Topaz Court facility
