We remove commercial fitness machines, benches, racks and weight collections from gyms and other fitness facilities. The removal plan follows the actual machines, their weight and the available way out, including agreed equipment disassembly.

Release the machines before the floor is cleared
Identify the machines that are leaving and any parts shared with equipment that stays. Leased equipment needs the lessor’s release, and powered or connected machines need to be taken out of service by the facility before removal.
- Have a licensed electrician release hardwired electrical connections first.
- Identify floor anchors, cable connections and attached storage so release and disassembly can be planned.
- Settle connected accounts or stored user information with the facility’s IT team before equipment leaves.
Plan machines and free weights separately
A room count does not describe a gym load. A bulky cardio machine creates a clearance problem; a compact collection of plates creates a weight problem.
Cardio machines, frames and doors
Measure the complete machine and the narrowest doorway, turns, stairs or elevator along the exit. A commercial treadmill may need ordinary equipment disassembly even when it is already unplugged. Identify attachments that widen the frame, and keep retained machines clear of the carry path.
Plates, bars and weight stacks
Count the actual weights and identify built-in stacks. Keep loose plates and bars secure instead of concentrating the entire collection in a cardboard box or an improvised overloaded pallet. Free-weight removal needs the weight and handling accounted for even when the pile occupies little floor space.
Heavy handling and dismantling drive the gym estimate
Machine models, individual weight, anchor release, dismantling time and the trip through the facility affect the job. Elevator access, loading distance and available working room can matter as much as the number of machines. Provide the equipment list and the way out together so a heavy unit is not mistaken for ordinary rolling furniture.
Crane work, forklifts, specialist rigging, structural changes and wall repairs are outside this equipment-removal service. If a machine needs one of those, we’ll tell you before booking.
Separate fitness equipment from the rest of the clearout
If desks, cabinets and chairs are leaving too, include them as office cleanout contents. Identify what belongs to another tenant or service provider before the room is cleared. If a machine is going to a buyer, keep it complete with its attachments until the sale is done.
Where it can go in Lee County
If you’d rather handle some of it yourself, or it’s still worth giving away, these are the local options. Each organization decides what it accepts, so check with them before you load the car.
