“Debris” can mean moving boxes, palm fronds, broken furniture or dense renovation waste. Each kind is handled a little differently. Start by identifying the pile and what work created it, then show its current location.
Fort Myers Junk Removal hauls one-time loads of nonhazardous debris. We need to check construction material, unknown contents and damaged-property conditions before agreeing to take them.

Find the guide for what you need removed.
Use household trash removal for ordinary bags and clutter, with contents and condition disclosed. Use yard debris removal for prepared vegetation. Mixed furniture and household goods can be included through residential removal.
Drywall, tile, concrete, roofing and fixtures belong in the construction debris guide. The pickup address and its local collection rules matter even when another contractor has already detached the material. If the material is still installed, we can do the tear-out too: light demolition covers sheds, decks, fences, cabinets, flooring, tile, tubs and non-load-bearing walls. We haul loose concrete but don’t break up slabs.
Tell us what the photos can’t show
Mention dense material under the pile, unknown bags, liquids, batteries, sharp pieces and water exposure. Do not open or move something unsafe to identify it. A small bag of masonry is not equivalent to a bag of clothing.
We can empty a Bagster and take the bag. Tell us whether you have already paid WM for pickup. Heavy contents are priced by weight; paint and chemicals go to Lee County’s household chemical drop-off at Topaz Court (drop-off sites). This separate service does not imply affiliation with the branded collection program.
Keep unsafe conditions outside an ordinary pickup request.
Standing water, damaged utilities, unstable structures and suspected contamination need the responsible specialist before removal. Storm and hurricane debris also requires current road and property access. No emergency arrival, public-program affiliation or insurance-coverage result is promised.
For a cleared, safe area, show the path from the pile to loading and identify gates, soft ground, pavers and vehicle clearance. The route and actual material inform the estimate; an aerial view of the pile alone is rarely enough to explain the whole job. Our Lee County storm debris guide explains county storm collection and what to prepare before hurricane season.
Agree on removal and what remains afterward.
Identify which piles are included and which are staying. Removal does not include landscaping, grading, pressure washing, mitigation or restoring the surface under the debris. The receiving route must be suitable for the material before work proceeds.
For one-time moving debris, separate cardboard, plastic wrap and foam from sharp or hazardous contents when practical. Book a pickup whenever you have a load ready. See pricing for how the complete agreed job is estimated.
