We clear out restaurants that are closing, remodeling or replacing equipment: tables, chairs, booths and kitchen equipment once it is disconnected and drained. After-hours work is available by arrangement. Grease and food waste go out through your grease and waste haulers.

Equipment preparation

Gas equipment needs professional disconnection, hardwired electrical work needs an electrician and plumbed equipment needs the appropriate trade preparation. Fryers must be drained, with the grease going to your grease hauler. Hoods, exhaust, fire-suppression systems and grease traps are handled by their own service contractors. Refrigeration systems remain intact.

Access and retained operations

Provide an equipment list, ownership or leasing details, loading access and permitted work hours. Mark equipment that stays and any active area that must remain usable. Empty contents and resolve vendor requirements before scheduling. Broom-up of the removal area is different from kitchen sanitation or a venue-cleaning program.

What affects restaurant equipment cleanout cost?

Each piece of kitchen equipment is priced on its size and weight and on whether it is disconnected and drained when we arrive. Booths, tables and chairs go by volume. A back door close to the truck keeps it quick; carrying through the dining room or up stairs adds time. See how pricing works.
