We remove released hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment with the rooms, counts and loading route planned beforehand. Show beds, seating, case goods and prepared appliances as separate inventory groups.

Rooms and service access
Provide room numbers, elevator or dock reservations, work windows and any guest-area restrictions. Identify rented or vendor-owned equipment and obtain its release before disposal. Connected fixtures require trade preparation; structural or utility work is not assumed. Mattress contamination must be disclosed in advance and handled under our specific conditions.
Phasing and completion
Mark rooms or furnishings that stay and agree on how each phase is documented. Changes to quantities or access need review before work continues. Reuse can be considered when practical and accepted by a receiver, without guaranteed donation or recovery value.
What a renovation removal usually involves
A hotel furniture removal usually follows the renovation schedule: a block of rooms goes out of service, the old case goods, seating and soft goods come out, and the rooms are handed to the installers. The working variables are rooms per day, the service elevator, and where the truck can stage without blocking guest arrivals.
Send the room list, a photo of a typical room and the service elevator, and the renovation timeline. Large projects can start with a free walkthrough.
What affects hotel furniture and ff&e removal cost?
Room count and access set the price: how many rooms, how many pieces per room, and how close the service elevator and dock are. Case goods and mattresses fill a truck quickly, so large projects run in phases, and phasing around occupied floors adds visits. See how pricing works.
