We remove old furniture and equipment for hotels, vacation-rental operators and restaurants, planned around guests and opening hours. The contents and operating schedule determine the plan; guest turnover and equipment replacement are different jobs.

Match the scope to the property
Hotel furnishings need room counts and elevator access. Vacation-rental contents need an authorized owner or manager and a clear keep/remove list. Restaurant work is limited to furniture and prepared equipment, with no grease or food-waste cleanup. Rented and vendor-owned items need release or return arrangements.
Work around access windows
Provide guest-area restrictions, docks, gates and the available work period. Utility disconnections and confidential or personal contents must be resolved before hauling. We agree on a workable date and scope rather than promise emergency response or a cleaning service after guests depart.
Planning around guests
Hospitality jobs are planned around occupancy. Furniture is usually replaced floor by floor or a few rooms at a time, so old pieces come out as new ones arrive. Restaurant refits are usually done when the dining room is closed. Tell us the occupancy schedule, the service elevator and dock times, and who on site can release each room or area.
Commercial work after hours can be arranged when daytime guest traffic makes it impractical.
What affects hospitality junk removal cost?
The price follows the inventory (furniture by size and count, equipment by weight and preparation) and the time spent working around guest areas and access windows. Hotel furniture removal and restaurant cleanouts explain what each involves. See how pricing works.
