We clear furniture, decor, boxes and leftover materials after events. This is post-event item removal, not a janitorial, sweeping or venue-cleaning program.

Released property and separate waste
Rental and vendor-owned property must not be removed. Confirm who owns the selected furniture and decor, and keep hired equipment separate for return. Clear out food waste before we arrive. Chemicals, fuel, batteries and other restricted contents need separate handling rather than being hidden among event boxes.
Load-out and the work area
Provide the venue's pickup window, loading dock, stairs and authorized contact. Normal broom-up of the crew's work area is part of ordinary removal; it does not mean cleaning the entire venue. Capacity and timing must be agreed before an event deadline is promised.
What affects post-event junk removal cost?
The price follows how much is left and how quickly the venue needs it gone. A tight venue deadline or an after-hours load-out, which is available by arrangement, changes how the crew is scheduled. See how pricing works.
What usually gets left after an event
Load-outs tend to leave the same kinds of things: foam-board and corrugated signs, broken display pieces, cardboard and packing material, damaged furniture, pallets from deliveries, and decor nobody wants to take home. Rented tables, chairs, linens, tents and staging go back to their rental company, so keep them clearly separated or tagged.
Tell us roughly how much is left and whether it is already gathered in one place. A single staged pile near a loading door is much faster to clear than material spread across a ballroom or a field.
Timing the pickup
Venues usually set a hard load-out deadline. Tell us when the room has to be empty and whether the next group arrives right after. After-hours pickup is available by arrangement. If the event ran on outdoor ground, show us where a truck can get close without damaging the lawn.

- In unincorporated Lee County and Bonita Springs, Ordinance 07-25 requires businesses and multifamily properties to recycle the material that makes up most of their waste by weight, such as cardboard and other fiber, containers, metals or wood. Businesses on 70 gallons or less of garbage service are exempt, and each covered location keeps a Recycling Plan Form on site. Source: Lee County Solid Waste: mandatory recycling ordinance
