We remove released church furniture, including pews, seating, tables and ordinary contents. Show pew lengths and attachments so a long fixed bench is not quoted like a loose chair.

Pews, platforms and retained furnishings
Identify floor anchoring, narrow aisles, stairs and the route to loading. Ordinary dismantling must be agreed for the actual furniture; floor repair, platform demolition and building alterations are not assumed. Set aside religious, historical or personal items that need a separate decision. An authorized representative confirms the removal inventory.
Donation and timing
Reuse may be considered when an actual receiver accepts the pieces and delivery fits the paid job. No donation outcome or appraisal is promised. Provide service times, building access and the work window so removal does not conflict with the congregation's use of the space.
Working around the church calendar
Church furniture removal usually comes with a renovation or a move to new seating: pews out, chairs in. Weekday work avoids services, and evening or weekend work for a commercial job can be arranged when the building is otherwise busy. Tell us what’s staying (the altar, a piano, memorial furniture), whether the pews are bolted to the floor, and when the new seating arrives so the old pews are out first.
Habitat’s ReStore accepts furniture that meets its condition rules; pews are long and heavy, so ask them directly before planning on it.
What affects church furniture and pew removal cost?
Pews are priced on length, weight and whether they are anchored to the floor; loose chairs and tables go by volume. Narrow aisles, stairs and a long carry to the truck add time. See how pricing works.
