We remove hotel mattresses and related furnishings with room counts, access and the selected inventory agreed before scheduling. Describe a single room change or a multi-room replacement project without assuming both need the same loading plan.

Rooms, components and access windows
Count mattresses, foundations, frames and other furnishings separately. Identify room numbers, service-elevator arrangements, loading space and permitted work times. Disclose bed bugs or other contamination before booking; affected mattresses need our bed-bug preparation and handling protocol. Removal does not include supplying replacement beds or guaranteeing donation of the old ones.
What affects hotel mattress removal cost?
The count drives the price: how many mattresses, foundations and frames, and how many floors they come down. A service elevator and a dock close to the rooms keep the job short; long hallways, guest-hour limits and split visits add crew time. Mattresses with bed bugs follow our separate handling protocol and are priced for it. See how pricing works.
Counting mattresses for a room refresh
A standard queen mattress is about 60 by 80 inches and a king about 76 by 80; foundations and box springs are the same footprint and add a second piece per bed. A refresh of a floor of double-queen rooms quickly turns into dozens of large, floppy pieces, so the count drives the truck space and the number of trips.
Send the number of rooms, beds per room and sizes, and say whether frames, headboards and foundations are going too. Mattresses with bed bugs follow our separate bed-bug handling steps and should be bagged in the room before they move through the hallways.
Coordinating with the new mattress delivery
The smoothest swaps run room by room: the new mattress goes in and the old one comes straight out to the truck, so no hallway fills up. Share the delivery schedule and the service elevator times, and tell us if the hotel wants elevator pads or a set path through the back of house. Neither Habitat’s ReStore nor Goodwill Southwest Florida takes used mattresses, so plan on disposal rather than donation.
