We remove unwanted VCRs, DVD players and loose home-media equipment. Check for tapes or discs you want to keep, then identify cables, remotes and matching components that should leave.

Players and personal recordings

Unplug the player and disconnect ordinary cables from devices that are staying. Do not force open a jammed mechanism to retrieve media; arrange retrieval separately if the recording matters. Recorders or media devices with storage need customer data preparation before pickup. Cabinets and televisions are separate inventory items.

Retrieve personal media before the player leaves

A stuck tape can hold the only copy of a recording. Arrange retrieval separately if it matters, rather than forcing the mechanism or expecting the crew to recover it. Keep remotes and power supplies with the intended equipment. Unwanted discs and cases are a separate collection from the players themselves.

Equipment boxes and furniture are separate carrying items

Several players and cables can fit in manageable containers, while a cabinet or television adds substantial bulk. Battery accessories and physical damage need identification. Return provider-owned boxes to their owner rather than mixing them into disposal. A working player can suit reuse, but account or data preparation remains the owner’s task.
