We remove travel trailers and campers; send photos and the title details first. For a motorhome, call us first. For a trailer, we need the title or ownership papers before we book.
Start with documents, condition and access
Send the trailer type, dimensions, photos and the ownership documents you have. Describe tires, axles, hitch, ground conditions and whether it can be towed. Do not assume a damaged trailer can safely travel just because its wheels turn.
Preparation for an approved dismantling job
A camper that can’t be towed can sometimes be taken apart on site, priced separately, with your HOA and neighbors in the loop. Black and gray tanks must be emptied and flushed, the owner must remove propane tanks, and batteries must be out. An absorption refrigerator must come out intact and must never be cut. This is substantial work with a separate access and material plan.
Separate transport readiness from a movable chassis
A towable camper may move a few feet on private ground while still having unsafe tires, bearings or road equipment. Identify slide-outs, stabilizers, awnings and any porch or enclosure attached around it. These can prevent a straightforward departure even when the hitch is accessible. Contents inside the camper also need to be distinguished from the trailer itself.
Towing and on-site dismantling are different jobs
A roadworthy trailer with a clear exit requires different work from a deteriorated camper that must be dismantled where it stands. Length, construction, interior contents, tank preparation and space for material handling shape the quote. Neighbor and HOA arrangements matter when work occupies a shared area. Receiving paperwork and transport suitability are settled for the specific trailer before scheduling.
