Battery type changes the preparation
Lead-acid packs are handled separately. Lithium packs need their own handling, and lithium that has been in a flood needs a specialist battery route first; tell us about it when you book. Identify the battery type without opening an unsafe compartment, and disclose water exposure, damage or leaks. Tell us whether the cart rolls and steers and show the route out of storage. A gas cart needs an empty tank and no leaks.
Identify the vehicle type before planning the load
Establish disposal authority and distinguish a gasoline cart from an electric battery pack. A separate lead-acid battery collection can address agreed intact units; lithium and flood exposure need their specific decision before hauling.
Width, steering and battery weight affect loading
A cart that will not roll cannot be treated like one that can be guided over a level route. Roof height, narrow garage openings and soft ground also matter. Fuel preparation and leaks must be resolved. Identify the actual pack and condition without opening an unsafe compartment to estimate the weight.
