We tear out and haul the old kitchen, bath or flooring: cabinets, countertops, flooring, carpet, tile, tubs, showers and drywall. Or we pick up material your contractor already removed. Tell us what is still installed, what is already out and where the load will be staged.

Tell us what is installed and what is already out
List cabinets, fixtures, flooring, doors, packaging and any dense tile or stone separately, and say which are still installed. Plumbing, gas and electrical connections are disconnected by a licensed plumber or electrician before tear-out; tell us who is handling it. We can pull up tile from a slab; if the slab then needs grinding or leveling for new flooring, ask us when you call. Your contractor handles finishing the remodel and repairing walls. The pickup address and receiving arrangements must pass the construction debris review.
An occupied home needs a clear route
Show how material reaches loading without crossing keep piles or blocking occupied areas. Agree on which rooms and staged piles are included. Dust control from ongoing construction, deep cleaning and surface repair remain the project's responsibility. Suspected asbestos or unidentified contaminated material is not ordinary renovation debris.
What changes the price
A renovation load is priced on what comes out and how. Material already removed and stacked in the garage is a haul; cabinets, tubs and tile still installed add tear-out labor. A cast-iron tub or a stone countertop is heavy, and tile on a slab is slower to remove than a floating floor. In an occupied home, the route through the house matters too. Tell us what’s installed, what’s already out and which floor it’s on. See how pricing works. If you’re doing the demolition yourself over several days, a dumpster rental lets you load as you go.
