We haul demolition debris across Lee County. For light demolition, such as sheds, decks, fences, pool cages, screen enclosures and interior tear-outs, we can take the structure down and haul it in the same job. Whole-building and structural demolition are for a licensed demolition contractor; we can haul the debris they leave.

Identify the material left after the work
Separate wood, masonry, fixtures, glass and other materials in the estimate request. Disclose wet debris, heavy concrete, metal fasteners, coatings and anything uncertain. Dense material is priced by weight. For a slab that still needs breaking up, send photos or call and we’ll tell you what we can take on and how the rest gets handled. If you suspect asbestos, don’t disturb it for a quote; it needs testing and licensed abatement first. Call us and we’ll plan the rest of the job around it.
Coordinate release and pickup
When another contractor did the demolition, they need to leave a safe loading area and say which materials can leave. Before booking, we check that we can haul from the address and where the debris will go. Structural work, permits and trade disconnections remain with the responsible project parties; our hauling visit does not complete or certify those tasks.
What changes the price
Demolition debris is priced mostly on weight and material. Wood from a deck or shed is bulky but manageable; concrete, block and roofing are dense, and a load of them gets heavy long before the truck is full. We haul loose concrete; for a slab still in place, send photos and we’ll tell you how it gets handled. Show the pile from two sides with something in the frame for scale, and tell us what it’s made of. When we take the structure down too, its size and how it’s attached set the labor. See how pricing works. For a contractor loading debris over several days, a dumpster rental is often the simpler option.
