Curbside or driveway pickup can reduce the carrying work when items are already safely accessible. Send photos in their current location; you do not need to move heavy furniture outside just to request an estimate.

Agree on the staging location
Describe the load, material, condition and how the truck can reach it. Staging can affect labor and price, but the written quote is for the actual job. Do not block a sidewalk or assume a public collection rule permits a curb pile. We can agree on private-property access and the items selected for paid pickup without asking you to risk injury moving them.
Pickup when you are away
If you will not be there, arrange written authorization, exact removal instructions, private access and a reachable contact. Mark anything that stays and settle scope before the appointment. Share keys, gate codes and lockbox instructions privately rather than in public photos.
What changes the price
Curbside pickup takes less labor than carrying items out of the house: no stairs, no hallways, no long carry. What still sets the price is how much there is and what it is. A pile of bagged trash and a pile of wet carpet or broken tile can take the same space at the curb but not the same space or weight on the truck. Tell us whether everything is already out or some of it is still inside, and photograph the pile from two sides with something in the frame for scale. See how pricing works.
