We remove office furniture, waiting-room seating and cleaned equipment from medical practices. The practice clears confidential records and data first, and medical waste goes out through the practice’s medical-waste service.

Records, devices and contamination
No sharps, blood, bodily fluids or laboratory waste are accepted. Filing cabinets must be empty and unlocked. The practice is responsible for removing sensitive records and preparing devices; drives must be removed or the customer must certify destruction. Document shredding and certified data destruction go to a shredding or destruction provider. Rented medical equipment needs supplier return or release.
Access around the practice
Agree on work hours, loading access and any patient-area restrictions. Heavy treatment equipment, batteries and utility connections need separate review. Other vendor documentation must be supplied and confirmed before scheduling; no medical-equipment decommissioning service is presumed. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
Closing or refitting a practice
Medical office clear-outs usually come from a refit, a move or a closing. The practice’s work comes first: records and data handled under its own obligations, sharps and medical waste through its regulated waste hauler, and devices cleaned and released. After that, the furniture, cabinets and cleaned equipment are an ordinary office job.
Commercial work after hours can be arranged so patients aren’t disturbed. Send any other vendor requirements with the job details. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
What affects medical office junk removal cost?
Most of a medical office is ordinary office furniture: desks, chairs, filing cabinets and waiting-room seating, priced by volume. Exam tables and other heavy, cleaned equipment are priced individually. Elevator access and patient-hour restrictions affect crew time. See how pricing works.
