We clear dumped furniture, mattresses, tires and debris from lots and properties once the owner or manager approves what goes. Show the pile from a safe location and identify the area that can be accessed.

Unknown material needs disclosure
Do not open suspect containers or disturb sharps, chemicals, batteries or other hazardous contents for a photo. Describe known fluids, contamination and damaged equipment before acceptance. We handle accepted junk; remediation, evidence decisions and hazardous-waste cleanup are outside ordinary removal. Preserve any documentation the property owner needs before work begins.
Property boundaries and loading
Name the authorized contact, mark the removal area and arrange any gate or neighboring-property access. Public land or disputed ownership requires the proper written authorization before work. A quote does not authorize entering someone else's land to collect a pile.
Report it, then clear it
Lee County treats illegal dumping as a real problem: its Solid Waste department counted 673 dump sites county-wide and an estimated 3,122 cubic yards in its 2025 figures, and a task force from Solid Waste, Code Enforcement, Natural Resources and the Department of Transportation runs monthly inspections. If the dumping is on a county right-of-way, the county asks for a Request for Action at leegov.com/rfa; for hazardous waste or pollution there’s an anonymous tip line, (239) 533-8821.
On private property, clearing it is the owner’s job. Photograph the pile before it’s moved if you plan to report it, then send us those photos for the estimate.
What affects illegal dumping junk removal cost?
Dumped piles are priced like any other load: by volume and weight, plus how far the pile is from where the truck can park. Tires, mattresses and appliances in the pile each have their own handling. Point out unknown containers before pickup so we can tell you where they go. See how pricing works.
