We haul contractor-site debris as an agreed job, with material, address eligibility and loading access confirmed first. We can also do the light demolition and interior tear-outs: cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, tubs, showers, drywall and non-load-bearing walls. Structural, permitted and trade work stay with the licensed contractor.

Release the correct material
Identify the authorized site contact, exact piles, material types and anything that must remain. Keep reusable stock, rented equipment, tools and other trades’ belongings apart from the waste. Show dense material, sharp pieces and restricted substances rather than describing the site only as a truckload of debris. Suspected asbestos needs testing and licensed abatement first, and hazardous material needs its own disposal route.
Coordinate the site and the crew
Agree on loading access, work hours, traffic around the work area and when the material will be ready. The licensed contractor handles disconnection, permits and any structural work. Tell us which vendor documents the site needs and we’ll tell you what we can provide. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
Quote each visit's complete scope
A repeat project pickup can be arranged for disclosed loads, but no unlimited disposal or routine sanitation program is implied. Materials, quantity, labor and receiving conditions inform the estimate.
What a site pickup involves
On an active site the job is usually one of three: a mid-project pickup of a pile that’s grown faster than expected, a final clean-up before the punch list, or a tear-out we do ourselves before your trades start. Tell us which, where the pile is, and the hours the site is open. Keep anything your crew or another trade is reusing clearly separate.
If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
What affects construction site debris cleanup cost?
Debris pickups are priced by volume and weight: drywall and lumber fill space, while tile, concrete and roofing are heavy. Staging debris where the truck can reach it and keeping materials separated keeps the price down. On longer projects, a dumpster rental may cost less. See how pricing works.
