We clear out barns: stored contents, old equipment and junk. Show the rooms, loft access, equipment and loading route so household-like storage can be separated from agricultural waste.

Agricultural materials that need a different route
Manure, animal remains, pesticides, herbicides, rodenticides, fertilizer, chemicals, fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid, veterinary sharps or medicines, treated seed, problematic hay, suspect asbestos material and other regulated agricultural waste need their own disposal route first. Everything else in the barn, we’ll haul. Send photos of heavy equipment so we can plan the loading. Describe closed containers instead of assuming barn contents are ordinary mixed junk.
Property and loading plan
Identify the owner or authorized decision-maker, what remains and any vehicles or rented equipment. Show soft ground, narrow gates, damaged floors and any overhead storage. A contents quote does not include demolition of the barn, tree work or an unagreed machinery-loading service.
What affects barn cleanout cost?
Volume and weight set the price: stored contents go by truck space, while machinery, implements and dense material are priced individually. Soft ground, long carries from a loft and narrow gates add time. Separating what stays before the crew arrives keeps the job shorter. See how pricing works.
