A yard cleanout clears it all in one trip: brush and palm fronds, old outdoor furniture, broken fencing and the rest of what’s piled up out back. Show each type of material separately and identify the parts of the property that need attention.

Separate vegetation from other contents
Describe brush, branches, furniture, play equipment, tools and dense material independently. No standing-tree service, excavation, chemical collection or unapproved structure demolition is included. Fuel-bearing tools need preparation; anchored or heavy objects need individual review. Keep vegetation apart from household trash so the load is clear.
Access across the property
Show gates, slopes, soft ground and routes near pools or through the house. Access across a neighbor's land needs permission before it is used. Keep animals clear of the work area and mark landscaping or equipment that must remain.
What affects yard cleanout cost?
Each material is priced for what it is: brush and branches by volume, outdoor furniture and play equipment by size, and dirt, rock or pavers by weight. A long carry around the house, through a side gate or across soft ground adds time. Photos of each pile and the path to the street usually let us price it. See how pricing works.
