A wall bed can involve anchors, springs, pistons and counterbalanced parts. Do not release those components to prepare for pickup. The mounted system determines dismantling work
Spring or piston hardware, anchor locations and attached cabinets determine the removal sequence. Size alone cannot show that work. A mattress, shelves and side units add separate pieces, while integrated wiring needs trade preparation. The estimate covers the agreed removal, not rebuilding wall finishes or reinstalling the system elsewhere.
