We haul away arcade machines, from countertop games to full-size upright cabinets and sit-down driving simulators. Unplug it, empty the coin box, and send photos of the machine, its model plate if you can find it, and the way out of the room.
Before we come
Take out cash, tokens and anything personal, and find the keys if the cabinet locks. Locked cash boxes need to be opened before we take the machine. Leave the screen and electronics in place: older cabinets have a CRT monitor inside, and it’s safer contained in the cabinet than taken out. Show any broken glass, loose controls or bad wheels.

A machine in a bar, restaurant or arcade often belongs to an operator rather than the business. If it isn’t yours, the owner needs to release it before it goes. If it might be worth something to a collector even though it doesn’t run, decide that first; once it’s hauled, it’s gone.
