We remove furniture, equipment and ordinary contents for government offices and parks when the agency’s vendor, access and paperwork requirements can be met. No public job starts without written authorization. Send the item list and the agency’s requirements, and we’ll tell you what we need.

Vendor requirements and paperwork
Send the agency contact, the item list and any registration, bid or purchase-order steps. We’ll work through the paperwork with you; we don’t claim any contract or approved-vendor status. Furniture and equipment are routine; tell us about any regulated or hazardous material and we’ll tell you how it gets handled. If your building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it.
Site access and public use
Describe gates, loading areas, public access restrictions and the approved work window. Identify structures or installed equipment rather than treating them as loose contents. The written scope states what leaves, what stays and who can approve a change during the job.
Surplus property comes first
Public property usually has to be released before it can be hauled away. Florida law lets counties, cities, special districts and sheriffs classify property as surplus when it’s obsolete, uneconomical or no longer useful, and offer it to other governments or nonprofits before disposal (Florida Statutes 274.05). So the agency’s own surplus step normally comes before our visit, not after.
Typical requests are surplus office furniture after a move, replaced park benches and picnic tables, and storage rooms full of old equipment. Tell us which items have been released and what paperwork the agency needs from a vendor.
What affects government and parks junk removal cost?
Pricing follows the same factors as any commercial job (contents, access and time on site), plus any time the agency’s site rules require. See how pricing works.
