We remove flood-damaged contents once the standing water is gone, the power is off or confirmed safe, and the building is safe to enter. This is contents hauling, not water mitigation or restoration.
Safe entry and disclosed materials
Tell us about water exposure, damaged floors, electrical concerns and any contamination before scheduling. The crew works in protective equipment. Drying, sanitizing and mold remediation are done by a remediation specialist; we remove the contents and plan the visit around their work. Flood-exposed lithium equipment needs specialist battery handling, so point out affected tools or scooters before the visit and we’ll tell you where they go.
Document what is released
Identify the property decision-maker and selected rooms, and keep any needed insurance or personal documentation before removal. Separate keeps and describe heavy waterlogged items so handling and loading are priced for their actual condition.
What affects flood-damaged contents removal cost?
Waterlogged furniture, carpet and drywall weigh far more than they look, so wet loads are priced with the weight in mind. Contents that are staged near the door take less time than items still spread through damaged rooms. After a storm, compare our price with county storm collection for your address. See how pricing works.
