We remove smoke- and soot-damaged contents once the property has been released as safe to enter and the belongings are documented for insurance. We are a removal company, not a fire-restoration or remediation service.
Before you book
Unsafe or red-tagged structures, structural demolition, standing water, uncertain power, suspected asbestos, hazardous burned chemicals or batteries and remediation work need the right specialist first. Send photos or call, and we’ll tell you what we can take on and how the rest gets handled. Do not enter an unsafe property or disturb burned material for estimate photos. Send us the release and what you know about the damage when you ask for a date.
Contents and documentation
Name one decision-maker and list exactly which belongings can go. Preserve personal or insurance documentation before the removal, and keep disputed or retained items separate. The quote covers removing the contents; it doesn’t certify the building or restore it.
What affects fire-damaged contents removal cost?
The price follows the volume and condition of the contents and the work of carrying them out with protective equipment. Bagged or staged items load faster than rooms of damaged contents. Finish any insurance documentation before we start, because removed items can’t be photographed afterward. See how pricing works.
