We pick up what’s left at move-out from dorms and student apartments: mini-fridges, futons, desk chairs, lamps, bins, boxes and whatever won’t fit in the car home. Parents can arrange it from out of town. Tell us who can release the items, and which furniture belongs to the school or the landlord so it stays.

Move-out week and building access
Send a photo of the room, the building’s move-out window, where the truck can load, and whether there are stairs or an elevator. Empty and unplug the mini-fridge a day ahead so it can defrost. Wipe laptops and other electronics, or take them home. School furniture, rented equipment and a roommate’s things stay unless their owner releases them.
Before the room is cleared
Set aside documents, keys, textbooks you’re returning and anything going home. We can bag loose items and help with light sorting if you tell us. Cleaning products and loose batteries stay out of the load. A pickup isn’t a room cleaning, so the school’s or landlord’s move-out inspection is still yours to pass.
What affects dorm cleanout cost?
Most dorm pickups are small: a mini-fridge, a futon, a desk chair and some boxes. The price goes up with the number of floors, elevator waits and the distance from the room to the loading zone. Send the move-out deadline with your request. See how pricing works.
